Secretary, Roger Jackson Esq.
As a licensed professional engineer, Mr. Jackson has 23 years of mechanical and electrical engineering experience in refinery and chemical process equipment design, test, and installation, both domestically and overseas. Mr. Jackson assists inventors and companies in obtaining patent protection in the mechanical, electrical, medical, construction, and consumer arts. Trademark, trade secret, and copyright protection are also offered; including intellectual property portfolio management, in addition to other related legal matters associated with intellectual property. Mr. Jackson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Master’s in Business Finance, and a Law Degree, and has written a number of articles in Intellectual Property Law. |

Vice President, Liz Mrofka
Liz Mrofka is a freelance graphic designer and owner of Sage Graphics which provides graphic design services ranging from logos, marketing materials and websites. She has a degree in graphic design from the Denver Institute of Technology and serves on the graphic design advisory board at Westwood College. She is also the inventor of the "fobbie", an innovative new way to gift wrap.
Her hobbies include ballroom dancing, rustic woodworking, hiking and biking. |

Treasurer - Roberto Ruschena
Roberto Ruschena is an electrical engineer with an extensive background in information systems. As a licensed patent agent, Mr. Ruschena assists inventors and corporations with the filing and prosecution of domestic and international patents in the fields of mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical, electronics, computers, software, information systems and business procedures. He is a correspondent for several European patent law firms, assisting them with U.S. patent filings and prosecutions and with patent translations. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Torino, Italy, and a Master’s Degrees in Science in Administration from Central Michigan University. He has lived in four countries on three continents and, in addition to English, is fluent in French and Italian. Mr. Ruschena often collaborates professionally with his wife, Susan Perkins Ruschena, an experienced transactional attorney. Roberto is also an acclaimed artist known as the "Italian Impressionist," as well as a landscape photographer. |

Bonnie Griffin Kaake
Bonnie Griffin Kaake is a nationally recognized expert on marketing. She is on boards of directors for both for-profit and non-profit companies. She is also a published author and serial entrepreneur. She guest lectures at the university level and presents at conferences nationally. She holds one patent and has one pending. Her background includes a degree in business administration and a long marketing career with the General Electric Company.
In addition, she is the Executive Director of the United Inventors Association (UIA). The UIA is the most prestigious not-for-profit national organization for the education of inventors. The UIA serves as the voice for independent inventors when the USPTO is considering legislation that may effect inventors rights.
Her company, Innovative Consulting Group, Inc., is headquartered in Lakewood, CO and provides marketing consulting and management services.

Dr. Harold Wilcox
Dr. Harold E. Wilcox is President of Erudite Linguistic Services in Fort
Collins, CO, providing full-service editing, translation, and interpretation
in most of the world's languages. He is an experienced researcher and
educator with an extensive background in linguistics and cognitive science. He holds a B.A. in German, an M.A. in English (TESOL), and a Web Developer's Certificate from Colorado State University as well as a Certificate in Cognitive Science and an M.A. and Ph.D. in Linguistics from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He has also held Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and Trainer (MCSE & MCT) certifications. Dr. Wilcox has lived and taught in Germany, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia and has studied numerous other cultures. He is a member of Phi Sigma Iota National Foreign Language Honor Society, the Linguistic Society of America, and American Mensa. He speaks English, German, and Arabic. |

Rob McNealy
Rob McNealy is a small business, entrepreneurship, and startup junkie. His passion is using social media to evangelize about small businesses, and coaching entrepreneurs on his Startup Story Radio podcast and blog.
Rob earned a BS in Geography and Marketing from Central Michigan University, as well as an MBA from Colorado State University. He believes that education is important, but not essential to becoming a successful entrepreneur.
A native of Metro-Detroit, Rob has a diverse background with more than two decades of proven experience in marketing, management, and sales. And besides spending many years in the corporate world working for companies such as Ford Motor Company, Pilatus Business Aircraft, and Yazaki North America, he has started and run more than five small businesses.
His most recent small business accomplishments include starting a flooring company in the Metro-Denver area called Natural Wood Floors, LLC. To complement that company, Rob is also the host of the Ask A Floor Guy blog and podcast where he helps people solve their flooring problems, as well as interviewing leading experts in the flooring industry.
In addition to running Natural Wood Floors, along his wife Kristie McNealy, MD, Rob also co-founded Contrived Media, Ltd., a social media marketing company, which specializes in medical and pharmaceutical marketing.
Rob and Kristie are both ambitious entrepreneurs and enjoy the flexibility of working for themselves so they can spend more time raising their three children and enjoying life. |
