We Can Help
The Rocky Mountain Inventors Association (RMIA) formed in 1978 as the RMIC and is an IRS-approved 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation. Members include novice and successful inventors and entrepreneurs as well as prototypers, manufacturers, marketers, patent attorneys, and others interested in the business of inventing. The RMIA holds regular meetings for inventors in Denver, Fort Collins, and Colorado Springs (see Event Calendar), and an annual conference and exposition (see 27th Conference).
In addition, the RMIA publishes an informative newsletter that reports on RMIA activities, regional and national entrepreneurial and patent developments, and the invention business in general; and gives tips on various aspects of inventing and entrepreneurial pursuits (Click here to subscribe). Members also have access on this website to a networking manual listing the names, addresses, and pertinent skills of each RMIA member.
RMIA is Not a Scam Outfit
There are a lot of "inventing marketing" companies out there that do little more than take your money and give false hope. We are not one of these. Our annual conference is held at and associated with local universities. At our conference and monthly programs, we have hosted officials from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in Washington, D.C., as well as successful inventors and entrepreneurs, investors, attorneys, manufacturers, distributors, designers of various types, and other local, national, and international experts, all at reasonable prices. No "scam" group would dare to invite such scrutiny!
